Every figure comes from Louisville Metro's Metro 311 Service Requests layers, the city's record, refreshed daily. The city keeps each calendar year in its own layer, so a search covering the last 12 months reads two. The city names the responsible agency on some requests only, so a request can show no agency.
02Do complaints show who filed them?
No. The public dataset carries no names or contact details. A report shows the complaints at an address and nothing about the people who filed them.
03Why does my address return nothing?
The dataset stores the street address alone with postal abbreviations, like 3110 Taylor Blvd. Search without an apartment or unit number. If nothing comes back, the city logged no request there in the last 12 months.
