The city publishes one dataset per year, and this page reads the two that cover the last 12 months. This page drops information-only calls, since they describe a phone call and no building.
02Do complaints show who filed them?
No. The public dataset carries no names or contact details. A report shows the complaints at an address and nothing about the people who filed them.
03Why does my address return nothing?
The dataset stores the street address with postal abbreviations, like 100 S Main St. Search without an apartment or unit number. If nothing comes back, the city logged no request there in the last 12 months.
